A Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math Enrichment Program
STEAM is designed to develop invaluable 21st century skills of critical thinking, collaboration, communication and creativity. STEAM curriculum integrates science, technology, engineering, art, and math through hands-on activities in a student-centered format. The curriculum emphasizes the child's role as an active learner and experimenter, allowing students to learn by doing, through exciting, age-appropriate experiments. Students will discover, observe and investigate during class. They will share data and explore technologies and engineering methods each week. The scientific process of asking questions, making a hypothesis, conducting experiments and drawing conclusions are the foundations of this fun class!
